Shipping

  • Keep an eye out for your order 5-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

  • We are able to ship anywhere within North America including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

  • When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation in 1-2 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team. Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay

  • Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed.

Returns + Refunds

  • You will have 30 days after your order has been delivered to request a return. You will be refunded the cost of the items returned (less the $8.95 return shipping fee), which will go back on your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags attached.

    Once you’ve gone through the online return process, you will be directed to a confirmation page containing options to either print your own return label or present a QR Code at any USPS location to print the shipping label for you. You will also receive an email confirmation that includes a link to these printing options.

    If using previously used packaging, be sure to remove all labels before applying your return shipping label.

Other Questions

  • You may leave an optional gift message on your order in the gift message field in your Shopping Bag. The packing slip that comes with the order may be used as a gift receipt and does not include any pricing information.
